Wet Slip Customers:
- 1 month free with an annual contract, must pay by ACH.
- 2 free months free if the year is paid in full.
- Cancellation fees and standard contract terms will apply. Promotional slip rent cannot be applied to cancellation fee or to shorten the term of contract.
- To qualify as a NEW customer, you must not have stored a boat with us for the last 12 months and must have no bad payment history or open balances.
Customer Referrals:
Client will receive a $500 credit to their account for new customers referrals. The new customer must sign a standard lease and pay via ACH. This credit is nontransferable.

Do you offer fuel and maintenance services?Yes! We have an on-site fuel station for convenience. While we don’t provide full maintenance services, we can connect you with trusted local providers.
WOW! Where to start. The staff is what keeps me here. From Nathan being careful and delicate with boats, to the staff RUNNING out to grab your boat, to them accommodating unique requests, to loading and unloading your boat from the trailer (yes I said trailer), to their app allowing me to schedule my own scheduled time with ability to fuel right from the app.
I am beyond pleased and so impressed with the culture being driven here.
